Q: When you say a product is “100% natural,” what exactly does that mean?
A: Quite simply, it means exactly what it says! We use only the purest of ingredients in our products, usually meaning they have either been hand-harvested from organic gardens or found growing wild in nature. We use absolutely NO chemicals and NO preservatives.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We ship anywhere in the USA and shipping is based on the weight of the products. We do our very best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Actual shipping times will vary depending upon location. Note: Products are shipped via USPS first class, standard, or priority, depending on the package and location. We ship Monday through Friday. Note : Please call us for postage rates on large or bulk shipments.

Q: What if I have a return?
A: Please notify us within 14 days, and get confirmation from us before returning any item. Customers may receive an exchange, store credit or refund depending on the circumstance. A restocking fee may apply. Contact us via e-mail at email@example.com.
Q: Can any item be returned?
A: Not all merchandize will qualify as returnable. Some items can not be resold once they have been shipped out. All teas, clay, books, special orders or speciality items are non-returnable.
Q: What are the conditions of a returned product?
A: Your returned product should be unopened, with product package (foil bag, label, etc.,) in new condition. Product should be packed upright (contents should not be packed sideways or upside down) to avoid spilling. Some products will need to be packed with insulation for heat sensitivity in warm weather, and should be sent via priority mail usps (postal service). Others may be sent by first class mail. Returned products will be examined and customer will be contacted within a reasonable time as to the amount credited back to them.
Q: What about shipping?
A: Your shipping costs are paid to USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping / Handling is non- refundable. Return shipping is paid by customer. Products lost during return shipping are non-refundable.
